Our client is the No. 1 independent lingerie retailer in the UK is looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals with real personality and a passion for fashion. Our client is proud of its award winning customer service and recognises the value of their staff, and their ongoing ability to inspire, motivate and reward them in order that this objective is constantly met.
Due to continued expansion, they are now entering one of the most exciting phases of their development in the UK and require great people to help them continue their success.
As a result, they currently have exciting management and team leader opportunities in their brand new store due to open in Llandudno in October. As role models to the team, you will strive to maximise sales, selling products that meet the needs and aspirations of our customers. You will help to lead and motivate the team to achieve store targets through exceptional selling, improve their performance, as well as ensuring their customers achieve the highest level of service at all times.
They are also looking for Full and Part Time Lingerie (Sales) Consultants to contribute to the sales and profitability of the store through the provision of outstanding customer service.
They are looking for individuals with proven retail skills in a similar role who are passionate about providing excellence in customer service.
